As we noted months ago when we reopened after our shutdown due to COVID-19, we stepped up our safety protocols to make sure that we’re keeping our staff and our customers safe.
We continue to take the protection of our staff and our customers very seriously, as such, anyone entering the lobby is always (no exceptions) required to wear a face mask. The staff with whom you interface will also be wearing masks. We are continually disinfecting the lobby, the counter, the door handles, the payment system, etc., after every interaction. We have hand sanitizer available as well as finger cots for additional protection during the payment process - we even have a few extra masks in the event you leave home without one.
Parking lot drop-off and pickup is always an option, just give us a call and we’ll come out to your car to get your dog and when you pick up, call us again and we’ll be happy to bring your dog out to you. If you owe us for the day or would like to purchase a package, we can email you an invoice for you to pay when you get home thereby reducing contact. You can also purchase packages on our website in the Company Store (as well as some great merchandise).
As this pandemic drags on, we’re happy to report that we’re doing our best to do our part to stay safe and keep everyone around us safe, we ask for your continued support and help to do the same.
