WE ARE OPEN

That’s right, Good Dog reopened on Wednesday, June 3 and there are some things of which you need to be aware as we’ve changed some operating procedures. Please note the following:

1. DAYCARE HOURS - Throughout the month of June 2020, our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are open during these hours for daycare only and reservations are required. We anticipate returning to our regular hours in July and that is when we will begin Boarding. Reservations will be required for boarding as well.

2. RESERVATIONS - As noted, we require reservations for daycare as well as boarding. Reservations can be made through the Paw Partner app. All customers who were active prior to our closing for COVID19 are already in the system, you just need to claim your account (all customers in the system received an email asking them to claim their accounts - if you are unable to find that email or have any other issues, please email us at info@gooddog-inc.com for assistance). You can use the Paw Partner website or download the app.

3. COVID19 SAFETY - We take the protection of our staff and our clients very seriously, as such, anyone entering the lobby is required to wear a face mask. The staff with whom you interface will also be wearing masks. We are continually disinfecting the lobby, the counter, the door handles, the payment system, etc., after every interaction. We have hand sanitizer available as well as finger cots for additional protection during the payment process.

If you’d prefer parking lot pickup, just give us a call and we’ll come out to your car to get your dog and when you pick up, call us again and we’ll be happy to bring your dog out to you. If you owe us for the day or would like to purchase a package, we can email you an invoice for you to pay when you get home thereby reducing contact. You can also now purchase packages in the Good Dog Company Store on our website (in addition to some great Good Dog- and West Seattle-themed merchandise).
